Does a 100% guarantee of the result also apply for an unknown person?

Yes, the guarantee is always total and 100%. This is thanks to my paranormal powers. Failure is not possible, only success - 100% guaranteed! The persuasion has a beginning and an end and it manifests itself immediately without having to wait or for the need for lengthy time-scales. It is quick and guaranteed, and I have to add here that the precise day of a certain and guaranteed outcome is known even before I begin working. In other words, I can tell you, with absolute certainty, the precise day that a result will be achieved. This is possible even if it's a person who is unknown, just as long as there are photos and personal details available (one of the two, but at least one photo). As a result, you would undoubtedly know, for obvious reasons, if they were. It's impossible not to notice, given the examples I have provided you with. So I have no hesitation in stating the there is no such thing as failure, EVER.

How long does it take to see a result?

The result is immediate, as soon as the persuasion ends. The persuasion, as a spell, has a BEGINNING and an END that may from case to case. However, once you have told me of your desired purpose for a targeted individual, I will accurately work out how many days I need to work on it. If I need 20 days, then on the 21st day you will have the person totally persuaded for your desired purpose. Therefore, the result manifests itself immediately, as soon as my work is complete. In the same way as there are no delays, nothing will happen ahead of time. When I say 20 days, it will be 20 days, and this is an absolute certainty! Sometimes it may take only 3 days, sometimes 6 months (it varies from case to case, but you will know in advance before you pay and before the work commences). Naturally everything is paid in advance by means of a bank transfer. Alternatively, you can come and see me directly and pay me in cash! But please be advised that before I can begin working, you will always be required to pay the full amount in advance.
It is important to make an appointment, as I am often out and about and travelling. I am not someone who stays put in any one place. I will also come to your home and do my work there, after having been paid in full. I will come to you, with the additional payment of my travel expenses, that are always paid for by the client, in advance! I can travel to you anywhere in the world, by appointment, after having received payment in advance, which will include travel expenses!
